Group 3 - Dairy Products
    
Dairy products contain a lot of calcium. Dairy products that are reduced
in fat are better for you. Two to four servings should be eaten from this
group per day. Examples of dairy products include cheese, milk, butter,
margarine, yogurt, and fromage frais.
What is a serving?
A pot of low fat yogurt, a glass of milk, a slice of cheese, a spread
of margarine/butter.
