Group 5 - Vegetables
    
This group includes all vegetables. It contains foods which are low in
fat, and contains lots of vitamins and fibre. Some vitamins are destroyed
by heat, and this reduces the amount of vitamins present in boiled vegetables.
3-5 servings should be eaten per day from this group.
What is a serving?
A serving is a small salad or 2 tablespoons
of vegetables.
